My 2.5 yo daughter uses a size 7 to 7.5. She has crocs in size 8 to 9 that are a little large but fit her fine. I figured since she sometimes uses a 7.5, I'd buy her a size 8 but it was at least an inch larger than the crocs and much larger than any of her other shoes. We returned it for a size 7 and it fits just like the size 8-9 croc does, meaning, still loose but at least not falling off her foot like the size 8. The shoe is rather heavy too (she is use to the lightweight crocs) but seems like it'll be warm for the coming winter.

I'd give it 5 starts if it was more accurate for the sizing.

Got a good deal on these well made boots at Amazon but I bought or next year so we haven't put them to the test yet. Upper is more insulated than most rain boots so may be too hot for tropical rain settings. Great for Pacific NW. Very pretty colors and design.

We're in love with Bogs kids boots - just discovered them this season and they're great. Finally a truly waterproof boot that is warm. When the kids come in from playing outside I'm so impressed that I slip the boots off and the feet are warm and dry. They seem very sturdy and rugged too. I love the little built in handles, great for little hands and kids who are learning to dress themselves. We have this pair and another pair in size 9 and we're more than happy with them both.
